We had an absolute BLAST last night at our first wedding of the year. Renee and Terran are wonderful people with great guest. From the pictures of Renee in the Bridal Suite to the Choreographed mother and son dance, this was one of the most enjoyable weddings we have done. We met Renee and Terran late in December, and we knew they were special. Over the past month we thought of many ideas and visited their venue before the wedding. When the big day finally came, we were prepared to photograph the wedding. . . but we were not prepared for the awesome time that we would have. If Jeff and I were not working, we would have been on the dance "living it up".
There were so many great moments of the night, but the highlight by far was the choreographed mother/son dance. Terran and his mom began slow dancing to a heartwarming song, and right when the tears were about to flow. . .the music changed and they broke out in a choreographed dance routine of Soulja Boy's "Crack That" . The music included New York flavor, Reggae, Rap, and then it slowed again; and they ended in each other arms in a tearful embrace. I hope someone got the video and will possibly YouTube it, because it was definitely worth it.
